My wife swears by Weight Watchers, has been following it for over ten years and utilizes it to help her maintain her weight at a desired level. So, I'm a believer.

I love the fact that you own that you hate the mornings and yet get up and work out anyway. The biggest characteristic of someone who will succeed in fitness is a willingness to take it on even though it doesn't fit into their notion of convenience, so congratulations. People can learn a lot from that sort of commitment.

Allison it truly did enlighten me to portion control. I had no idea how much I was over eating. I still measure out my cereal, noodles, and even my wine. That way I know the calorie range I'm eating. Not everyone has issues with portion control, but I certainly did and it helped me!

A coworker is on this and it helped her - a lot. I'm thinking of joining it to teach me appropriate portions and to really realize what I eat on a daily basis.
