Get up and do jumping jacks, or lunges, or squats.
Yes, NOW!

Drop down and do as many push ups as you can or just practice your plank.

Any bit of movement is better than none.
So quit reading this and just do it!

      In my life before kids, I was a personal fitness trainer and self proclaimed fitness junkie. I loved the 5am workouts and evening strength training sessions.
