		<description>This is a great idea.  I&#039;m a big fan of oatmeal in general, and it never even occurred to me to make pancakes with it.  I get heart healthy instant oatmeal from Trader Joe&#039;s (I know, I know, microwaveable isn&#039;t as healthy, but I have my limits).  I make two packets in the morning with water, add a handful of blueberries and pomegranate seeds and I&#039;m good to go.  Great for lowering cholesterol, providing fiber and terrific antioxidants, all in two minutes.  I&#039;m going to add your recipe to my regimen.
