wow- i had no idea people were so territorial when it came to classes. i get annoyed really easily though, especially shouting, so I would probably react the same way. minus the flipping off, cause im kind of a wimp.

I just got a Jane Fonda flash back. Who wears a swimsuit to work out and a matching shinny belt?

My trainners pretty good. Her personality is a little tough at times but that might be a “roll” she plays to be the “tough” trainner. I think of everyone as equalls trainners, managers, employees, kids, and grandparents. Everyone should be treated with the same amount of respect, and i also realize that i can learn something from everyone, and every situation. Simply put i try to stay very open minded.

Sometimes I think the animal kingdom has NOTHING on the neighborhood gym, lol!
I’m guessing that instructor probably didn’t last long. It’s all about numbers, and if you’re not getting people into your class, you’re not gonna HAVE a class.
