Vita-Mix makes healthy eating EASY!

by workoutmommy on January 8, 2009

5200The Vita-Mix Blender is the MOST AMAZING blender!  It makes it so easy to eat healthy and gives me no more excuses!
It can:
1. Juice Whole Foods in 60 Seconds
2.
Cook Soup to Steaming in 4 Minutes
3.
Make Frozen Treats in 30 Seconds
4.
Grind Grain and Knead Dough in one 5 Minute Operation

Can you say this about YOUR blender?    This amazing machine makes my beloved Magic Bullet almost obsolete!  There are no attachments, it is so simple to clean, and the container is even BPA-Free!

I have loaded my fridge with fruits and veggies and I am going to make at least one of the fantastic recipes every single day.  (It comes with an entire book of them!).

And the best news?  I have one to give away to a reader!
To enter, please visit Vita-Mix’s website and tell me which one of the green smoothies you would make if you win. The contest is open to US addresses only and the winner will be chosen at random on Sunday, January 11th at 9pm.

So gang, what should I make first?

At first I was turning up my nose to the sound of green smoothies but the Kale and Pear one sounds interesting so that is the one I would make.

I have heard great things about the Vitamix blender.

i have been lusting after the vita-mix for YEARS now. i always try to win give-aways, but i don’t think i’ve ever wanted to win as much as i do this time!

i think i would probably try montel’s smoothie first because i always have all those ingredients on hand and it sounds YUM. then i’d work my way through all the other recipes!

My beloved blender recently broke down – I really enjoy making smoothies, especially huge meal style ones with frozen fruits and ice.

I’ve never had kale, so I’d have to try the kale and pear, just to mix things up a little! (heh)

I was SO excited to see this giveaway today. Parker is fed via a g-tube and this vita mix blender would be PERFECT for making his meals g-tube friendly. I’d LOVE to be able to use fresh ingredients for his tummy.

I’d also love it for myself. I could use the extra hit of nutrition and energy this blender would provide.

Such a great giveaway.

I think Montel’s smoothie would taste great, but my favorite I bet would be the pear and kale.

*GASP*

Vitamix, I think I love you. I mean, I haven’t met you yet, but… I think we could really get along.

I think I’d have to ease into it, Kale may be a bit much for the first go. But I think I could drink a cucumber/tomato/cilantro concoction on a daily basis…

Loving your blog…. very inspiring.

I actually kind of like Kale so I would pick the Kale and Pear smoothie. I make a lot of fruit smoothies for my children, and my blender is on its last legs!
