HI. there is actually a REALLY EASY way to lose inches all over your body. you can even do target areas like the abs, lower back, thighs, chin, arms, whatever.

Check out this website: www.MagicSkinnyWrap.com
The product is completely legit. They've been to the Emmy's and are going to the Academy Awards this year for the preshow party. Hollywood LOVES the wraps...see the pictures on the site.

To see it in action go here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CxQqWkH7Uk

you can email me for more info if you want. i've used the wraps and their other products like strechmark cream...all of it works and it's all natural, herbal remedies! :)

My trainer recommended replacing my unhealthy habit with a healthy one.

Like...a chocolate protein shake..only make sure to make it with water. milk is loaded with sugar and calories.

Tylenol helps with the headaches for the first three days...if you get them like i do.

I have actually found that the more sugary foods I ate over the holidays the more I craved them and I also found that the normal healthier foods I eat on a regular basis didn't taste as sweet as they used too. So my conclusion is that when most sugary foods are cut out we start to taste the natural sweetness in foods, and are also able to use less sweeteners of any sort. I also recently cut back on diet pop and cut out all other forms of fake sugars. I think there is definately truth to them interfering with weight loss/control.

Hey girl. Right there with you on that. So far, I've read all your comments and I like the chocolate protein shake idea mixed with choc. almond milk. That would be yummy. I also keep dark choc. in house for that after dinner sweet. For me, it's about what is around to eat. Just get rid of the crap, savor the really GOOD stuff and ditch the rest.

Oh I hear you. It's easier for me when I just go without and get rid of my withdrawals. Like I did with smpking..cold turkey. But I do like me a nighttime dessert. Strawberries with a sugar free chocolate sause or whipped cream might curb a sweet tooth and be better. I don't know how the clean diet feels about sugar free items though.

If I just limit myself to healthy sugars I can get myself less addicted gradually. It's gotta be a gradual process though.

I'm also addicted to sugar. I want to cut down, for my health, my waistline, and my teeth!
I recently hear about the resistance Muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. So if I resist dessert after one meal, it makes it a little bit easier to resist the next time. Bit by bit it gets stronger and stronger.

Hi Lisa,
From my experiences and lots that I've read often times incorporating more "sweet","expansive" foods into your diet in general will help to cur back on sugar cravings. so for instance trying to incorporate more ingredients like barley, quinoa, oatmeal, or millet as well as root veggies like sweet potatoes, winter sqaush, carrots, parsnips, etc.
I don't know what your diet is like but often times trying to cut back on carbs throws your body out of balance and leads us to crave dessert and sweets.
I know a million different ideas can work for a million different people but I just thought I'd throw in my two cents:)!

Don't keep the things that you can't stop eating in your house. Chocolate protein shakes and No Sugar added Fudgsicles give me my chocolate/sugar fix. Find something like that to enjoy so you don't feel deprived.

I've got a bathing suit goal, too. A bikini by my birthday - gasp!

Here's a thought. Could the problem all be in your head? It sounds to me like you have a mental image of yourself as someone 'who just can't resist sugar". If you truly believe that right down to your core, it will be extremely difficult to change it. You need to change your "Mental Blueprint" before you can make any real progress on this. A good book to check out is "Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz. I'm sure you can find it at your local library. Good Luck!
