Smart Ones Morning Express Breakfast

by workoutmommy on December 18, 2008

Time crunched for breakfast?
Me too!

Leave me a comment telling me what you ate for breakfast today and you will have a chance to win a coupon for a FREE Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express breakfast.

I had the English Muffin Sandwich this morning and it was very tasty.  I stayed full until lunchtime and did not feel like I was eating a pile of salt.  (which is what an Egg McMuffin tastes like to me.)

The contest ends on Saturday, December 20 at 9pm EST.   Winners will be drawn at random; contest is open to US addresses only.

I  have SIX coupons to give away, so be sure to leave me a comment!

Sad but true, eat the exact same breakfast every day – a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread and a coffee. Sometimes I go crazy and have oatmeal. :D

Kara, no but there is HFCS. I am going to guess that Whole Foods does not carry this product. ;)

My usual – a bowl a cereal. This would be a nice change.

My latest breakfast trend is the Kashi hot cereal with sliced banana’s or raisins. I have been wanting to try the Smart Ones breakfast though.

Low sugar oatmeal (110 cal) and a Fiber One bar (150 cal)

Are those Smart Ones high in calories?

I had a desserty breakfast – uncooked oatmeal mixed with sugar free chocolate pudding. It reminds me of a no bake cookie (only in a bowl)! I also had a banana on the side and a nice glass of milk.

I love a good coupon like that! All I had for breakfast was a banana. I was starving by the time I got home at 1:00! I need something fast and easy.

Bfast is hard for me because I am not hungry when I wake up, then end up getting hungry around 10 and reaching for whatever. Trying to focus in on that though! Today it was toast and coffee after playing in the snow for an hour with the kidlets.
