GOLD MEDAL for me. I just got back from a 5:30 a.m. walk in -5 degrees. Could not walk any longer because I had ice on my eyelashes and the dog was starting to limp from the ice/snow caught between her toes. If I got my heart rate up, I’m not sure…too distracted by my numb fingers!!

I walked my son to school and then kept on going! It was pretty windy and I was pushing the stroller so that added a little bit of a challenge. About 25 minutes total!
