Yes! I am being good and active.
Last night people said mean things about my size. Rather than head for the frig, I put on a kickboxing DVD and worked out. (And, um, well, virtually punched the mean people out.)
The exercise high lasts a lot longer than the food high :)

Thanks for the “nudge” in the right direction. I’m finding that it’s hard to get motivated when I’m pregnant – I’ve been so tired and not feeling very energetic. At least I have a 2-year-old who keeps me up and on my toes! I’m grateful for that.

yes ma’am:)
Walking and pilates!

No strength training for me this weekend- my muscles have been overworked lately so they are taking a break.

Um, yes…I should walk my highly trained dogs now, hehe. Over to your house maybe!

We worked a lot in the backyard. I’m exhausted. I would love a nap!

Taught a Pilates Reformer class yesterday, and rode my bike to and from the gym (saved some gas, lol!), then we took the kids (and dog) to Chrissy Field, near the Golden Gate Bridge, and played.
Today I taught a Pilates mat class. Now I’m sitting on my butt and typing, but I’ll be taking the dog for a walk later.

(Stephanie, hope you’re feeling OK. And Merry, good for you!!!!! Those meanies deserved every virtual punch and kick!!!)

Well, I spent most of my weekend sitting by the computer researching and writing articles, but I did go for a 3.7 mile jog yesterday morning before the weekend got started! That must count for something, right? I’m doing a 5K on Thursday, so the training must go on!

I thought I was, then the hubby had such an active week that he just wanted to relax. No excuses. Next weekend I’ll have what I want to get done planned out, and let the hubby know so he can support.
