Today’s workout features yours truly along with MizFit. We put together a simple, no weights required workout that you can enjoy with a partner.

This was filmed in a very dimly lit exercise room at the Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago, so I apologize for the shadows, etc. If you look closely though, you can catch a cameo of Stephanie from Back in Skinny Jeans (who was kind enough to film us) and Leslie from The Weighting Game working up on a sweat on the elliptical.

Exercise is FUN gang, this clip will give you a great workout and an even better laugh! (How many bloopers can you find?)

    Laura, that is the one thing I did NOT get to enjoy in Chicago! The quaker team was busy taking us to really nice places and i missed out on some deep dish. Next time…
