Here’s the plan

HNT - Waiter's PressI can’t run, I can barely walk, but I can ride my bike!

Here is my workout for the day:

*5 minute intervals on the bike

*1 minute kettlebell swings (although NOT in my underwear as seen in this picture!)

*Repeat 6-8 times

*Sweat a lot.

*Drink water.

*Feel AWESOME!

I stayed up too late last night, so I missed my morning workout, but I’m planning on lifting tonight to make up for it.

Honestly girl, did ya have to put THAT picture up there? Hehe, I plan on going to the gym tonight to hop on the elliptical for a bit…we’ll see where that leads me!

my very planned hour of cardio was interrupted by my sis and 4 kids at the door……how could I forget I told her to drop them off to play at 9am!!!!! SO, my workout was chase 7 kids around in the yard and then make them grilled cheese, apples, and homemade brownies while nibbling on a brownie. I am getting my cardio in tonight!

Love the simple workout plan…hate the underwear image burned into my brain.

I would include one more step – 10 minutes of stretching following the workout.

I’m doing the workout sequence of the week in Bounce Your Body Beautiful. If my husband gets home in time I’ll get in a run before dinner, too. I hope he gets home, it is a great day outside for a run (and I’d rather run out than on the treadmill when the weather is nice!).

fabulous pic. great workout too. right there with you on the no workouts…can barely lift weights and do yoga these days.
