Great interview! The key takeaway for me - making time to exercise. It's so true, I usually do this, but recently I've been telling myself I'll get to it "as soon as I finish...", only to find that it doesn't happen. Exercise has to be a priority if it is going to happen.

losingirene--you definitely have a very full plate! Perhaps you could squeeze in some nontraditional workouts while still being w/your daughter? (lots of squats, lunges, push ups, run the stairs, jump rope, etc.) I usually have to put the kids in the stroller and go for a power walk/run on the way to the park. Any little bit counts and will help you feel better.

Love the 30 day shred!

Whenever I get cranky about waking up early for exercising or something I just remember all the mothers who have to wake up constantly for their kids and never get sleep. And my aunt who is due for her twins any day now.

It guilts me into working out and I appreciate that:)

For me, this is the problem I have. I go to college full-time. I have an 18-month-old daughter who needs my time. And then I need to find time to go for my workout. And sometimes I feel bad about going to the gym because I am usually letting something go undone, like school work or spending time with my little girl.
