It’s time for a run for me this morning – heading out in a few minutes! It will be short (hey, I have to get ready for work today too!). But effective. Have a great one today, Workoutmommy, whatever your fitness plans are!

I’m sore from Turbo Jam yesterday. lol. I think about the only thing I can do is some light yoga.
An active recovery day, if you will.
I’m doing a small amount of cardio and strength- 1/2 hour bike ride, 20ish minutes walking (hopefully longer), and some abs work and some arms exercises.

I already did 30 minutes on my elliptical, 10 minutes on my treadmill and some total body weight training. Had to get it all in before my two kiddos woke up! Now, the plan is to eat WELL the whole day and feel light and energized!

Monday’s are the worst day of the week for me..am at job 1 and will leave here at end of day and head straight to gym to train 6 clients tonight.
Ooo! I can actually answer that I got up at 6AM to work out on the elliptical! I also tried to work my core by doing The Plank, but sadly, it was a short-lived effort!

i have to get a good cardio workout in on Monday mornings to wake me up. This afternoon I am doing my core workout. I am stepping it up from beginner to intermediate. It’s harder but I think I am ready. I have done the beginner for 4 months.
