		<description>I did this Tuesday (slightly modified).  Tough!  I was in pain!!  And I was cursing you...

But then I finished.  And it felt great (after I caught my breath).  And, so now...I&#039;m thanking you.  Thanks so much for this - it&#039;s what I needed to give my workouts a jumpstart!!

Now let&#039;s try some exercises for someone whose knees don&#039;t function the way they should!!!

I made it through most of it - with some &quot;alternative moves&quot; thrown in for my own safety!

		<description>love it--I&#039;ve actually been doing mountain climbers for the last month or so and have graduated to &#039;cross-over&#039; mountainclimbers.  These drills are awesome at getting the heart going--oh, and turning the legs into jelly! :-D</description>
