Ooooh, I can totally do this today. AND, I can do it inside my house, which is good because it’s raining buckets!

Sounds like a great workout. Legs wouldn’t make it today, though.

Like to see you video tape the Mountain Climbers- those things are tough.

MizFit: I don’t have the video skills to put my own video up! (That and the fact that my camera man is only 2!)

Rachel: after your run yesterday, I’d say your legs deserve a break!

FBG: that is why I love these workouts. They can be done inside and require no equipment

love it–I’ve actually been doing mountain climbers for the last month or so and have graduated to ‘cross-over’ mountainclimbers. These drills are awesome at getting the heart going–oh, and turning the legs into jelly! :-D

Okay – I’m not sure I like you anymore . . . LOL

Now let’s try some exercises for someone whose knees don’t function the way they should!!!

I made it through most of it – with some “alternative moves” thrown in for my own safety!

Thanks for the kickstart I needed!!!

I’m a day late – I’ll have to make it “Tackle it Tuesday”! Quick and not so easy…I like it (well, I do right now). We’ll see what I think after it’s done….

I did this Tuesday (slightly modified). Tough! I was in pain!! And I was cursing you…

But then I finished. And it felt great (after I caught my breath). And, so now…I’m thanking you. Thanks so much for this – it’s what I needed to give my workouts a jumpstart!!
