I like to run but I really enjoy the diversity and challenge of a high intense zone 3 and 4 over all body work out!

I love biking! The one that leaves me most pumped up and on a high after I’m done, though, is lifting weights. Something about a great strength training session that really puts me into an awesome mood.

Kickboxing! Good cardio (which I generally hate), all over body workout. We partner up and since it’s a tuition class, we build relationships… makes it doubly fun! Love to hit and kick targets, very intense…

I love a good long walk outside. I love kickboxing for an all over body workout. It really leaves you pumped and works out ever muscle.

Depends on the day really. Right now I’m really into running. But I go through walking and cycling jags as well. Never swimming though. I won’t drown but I don’t really enjoy pool time:)

I voted other because my favorite is Turbo Kick. I do like in-home walking a lot but since joining the gym that has taken a backseat and I have been using the Elliptical and other equipment.

my first inclination was to say running, but since that’s now on my Do Not Do List b/c of my neck, I’d say “anything that helps me work u a great sweat.” whether thats’ 40 minutes on the gauntlet, dancing at a club, along walk on the beach (OK, Lake Michigan – cut me some slack!)

I love Ulitmate Frisbee. There is definitely lots of running involved. It is a great workout and very social too.

My 2 favorite exercises are aerobics classes (love the music and the group atmosphere!) and hiking. Ahhh… I so miss those mountain hikes in Seattle!

I love Turbokick, love love love. I also have grown to love my kettlebells. Aside from that running is a good one and so is weight lifting, though this was a learned taste for me. And of course, a good dance class…

I love to run, but haven’t today. I get my MRI results in just under an hour, and then I’ll find out when I can run again.

Gazelle; keeping my fingers crossed for good results!

I’m headed out soon for a walk. Tonight I’ll teach a mat pilates class. But getting outside, to walk or bike (or swim with the kids), is the best.

My Least Unfavorite exercise is probably running/walking.

Oh wait, that’s not quite how you asked it… :)

Eeek! Walking and running are in the same category!? I hate to run. Love to walk. Fast. Anyone seen those Olympic race walkers. I’m not that fast.

I love Zumba! Its Latin aerobics and its a fun workout. My next two favorites are swimming and running. You get great Cardio workout from all of these and with swimming and running you can mix it up a bit to make in intersting and not the same old.

I voted Other – I love kickboxing, but I’ve also recently become a fan of running, so I am trying to do that more. Also, I love Spinning!! Great workout.

My favorite exercise is jumping to conclusions, but for some reason that wasn’t on the list. I put down bicycling, since I love the idea of an exercise I can do sitting down, plus that’s about the only time I’ll ever zip past some lean marathon-fit runner.

I love Kickboxing and boxing classes (those where you work with partners on focus mits/with gloves). It is a full body work-out and teaches you to focus and work with partners.

I had to go with running. My old stand by. I don’t have to think about it. I just do it. Will do it again tomorrow. I think as much as the moving I like being outside. Remind me of that when it’s January…

Rowing! We’re lucky to have access to this sport either on the Potomac or the Occoquan. It’s a great workout.
