You have one minute for each.
Your challenge? How many can you do?
- pushups
- squats
- jumping jacks
- crunches
You can do anything for one minute, yes?

Well, I’m not sure how many of those exercises I can do in a minute, but I know a minute sounds much more appealing than an hour or so at the gym.
Oh, I guess you can’t swap one for the other… rats.

Ahhh…. the one-minute thing – it feels like Boot Camp over here.
It is amazing though how many you can do… and how much you can improve if you keep doing the one-minute challenges.

Ha! “You can do anything for one minute, yes?” is what I ask myself when I’m doing interval. And the answer is always yes.
Great idea!

Great idea! When you break things down into one-minute sessions it sure makes everything seem much more doable.

Definitely a good idea – I do crunches on the edge of my bed this way in the mornings. I haven’t been timing it, but it’s that “hey I could do this really fast” idea. This is even better. Thanks to Mark Salinas for pointing me to your post -

Yes, you sure can do anything for one minute! Good motivation to keep on exercising.
I did bent-knee push-ups; my arms needed it.

Sounds like a really good ideal. On those days I ONLY have a few minutes, this is the answer! Thanks!

You are right about one minute. I nuke my water for tea, and do a couple “rounds” of yoga.
The minute is my favorite componement of time. LOL. Without The Minute, I would be out of shape.
