		<description>Since I heard about kettlebells, I had been fascinated by them. Now after reading this post, I know, I need to get one. I am big on doing exercises that take a more natural approach to how our bodies move and this seems to really fit the bill.

		<description>I love working out with kettlebells - I am in a 6-week fitness boot camp right now and we use them a lot. I had never worked with them until now. They totally kick my butt/arms/core ;) as well as keep my heart rate up - just what I need!</description>
