		<description>I&#039;ve seen other people working out with kettlebells, but I&#039;ve never tried them myself.  I think if I did, I&#039;d have to watch a DVD like you did.  I wouldn&#039;t want to use it incorrectly and injure myself!

Also, the other thing that has put me off is that they look like your wrist would be snapping all over the place....maybe that&#039;s just me, I typically have issue with form ; )
