Now that the days are sunny and warm, my son knows the drill for outside play—hat, lotion, and sunglasses. His skin is so perfect right now that I must do everything I can to protect it.
We are headed to the beach next month and I am happy that I won’t have to worry about coating his entire body in sunscreen thanks to his new swim suit from Sun Protection Zone. Not only is it SPF 100+, but I love the fact that it is a one piece with long sleeves. In a typical swimsuit, most of his body is exposed to the harmful rays of the sun. With his long sleeve suit, the majority of his soft baby skin is protected.
Sun Protection Zone has many great products, especially these hats. They are adjustable so they will grow with your child (6 months to 4 years) and are made with breathable material, have a flap to cover the ears and and neck, and come with a chin strap for my little one.
Sun Protection Zone doesn’t just cover kids though, be sure to check out all the great items for adults. I think I need to get this hat for my beach trip!
Speaking of beach, stay tuned for some beach workouts to keep you active this summer, even when you are on vacation. Yes, you can gang!
Now get up and go be active. No excuses!

It is good if before going out we should put sunscreen and always drink lots of water. Sun is good but too much of it makes the most damage we cannot imagine.
