Wow – what a picture…

The article was fascinating! Goes hand-in-hand with the study that showed that women that carried more weight on their hips & thighs had babies with higher IQs. (Mine ought to be rocket scientists then…LOL!

Oy, my dear Workout Mommy – I was indeed blessed with a PEAR SHAPE (quiet sob * sniffle), have been awarded a muffin top from the spawn, and now have a saggy stretch-marked butt. I feel just awesome. I’ve been doing your “10″ exercises…those burpies are awesome. What can I do for my ARMS!!!!! the Jiggly bat wings?
