Tempted by that bag of cookies in the pantry or the last cupcake leftover from a party?Who's the Outcast/Nonconformist?

Here’s a tip: eat an apple first.

If you still want the sweet treat after eating your apple, then go ahead. Chances are you probably won’t but even if you do, you’ll be full of goodness from the apple and less likely to eat as much.

I call it my ABC theory.

    I love the tip! I will definitely have to try that. I love gala apples and they are a pretty satisfying snack… something tells me that the crap just won’t taste as good after a juicy apple!
