It’s Monday gang, which means it is time for another round of move it Monday! Let’s shake off that weekend and get a fresh and active start on our week.

Here is a quick yet intense workout that mixes it all up for you. Go through the entire series without a break. Repeat as necessary throughout your day. Sweat, drink your water, and enjoy your energy!

  1. 10 squats
  2. 10 burpies
  3. 10 tricep dips
  4. 10 jumping jacks
  5. 10 push ups
  6. 10 burpies (yes, again)
  7. Wall squat for 10 seconds
  8. 60 seconds of crunches

Remember, no excuses!
