Thanks for the motivator! It’s getting warmer (um – hotter – it’s going to be 93 degrees here tomorrow) and running is losing its appeal. What do you do to stay fit on hot summer days?
The weather has turned nice here so the kids and I have been running around and went to the park….tomorrow though, I hope to be feeling a bit better and the sun is coming up nice and early. Looking forward to a regular ride to work and home and home all week this week
done! 40 minutes on the StepMill, plus stretching this morning! (no weights…took a muscle pump class yesterday and am sooo sore – in that good way, tho) Hope you had a lovely weekend, everyone!

Stephanie–I’m one of those weird people that love the heat and humidity. I try to run early in the am before it gets too bad. If that doesn’t work, I jump on my spin bike or treadmill.

fitness guy–5 times? that is a workout in itself!
Leslie–ooh, I am jealous. I love me some StepMill!

I’ve moved today! I did my situps, lifted my hand weights and then walked a half hour each way to a farm to pick up some fresh eggs!

Yes Ma’m.. as hard as it was since I’ve been sick I got up and got going.. 3.5 miles in just under 28 min.. I wasn’t as sick as I thought
