		<description>He doesn&#039;t do it in the video, but most of the time I have seen burpies, there is a jump at the standing position.  Oy!  Definitely crazy, my trainer always threatens us with Tabata Burbies, and we have to pay in burpies for left-behind-cups 1 cup = 5 burpies.  One month we racked up 100!  Talk about a warm up. :)</description>

		<description>I have recently purchased Jillian Michael&#039;s 30 day Shred....and man does she believe in this exercise!!!!!!  You gotta check this DVD out!!!!  It totally DOMINATES!!!!  There are 3 levels each only 20 minutes long....killer workout...GREAT trainer!!!!
