Move it Monday: Spring Fitness Challenge #3

The Spring into Fitness challenge continues this week, have you done the workout from last week yet? No worries, there is still time! The contest does not end until midnight EST on Monday, March 31, 2008.You can review all the details here.

It’s move it Monday gang, let’s shake off our weekend and get moving! This week is an easy one!

spinning.jpgGo out and do at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular activity today. Come back here and tell me what you did and why? For example, I plan to spend 30 minutes on my spin bike today because my legs are so sore from running yesterday.

Starting a fitness company can be quite beneficial these days since all sorts of fitness equipment is being sold. People are more aware of their health care now. Even equipment like trampoline and bowflex are back in fashion.

Okay, I have some catching up to do, but I’ll try to get it all in this week.

I ran for 45 minutes around the neighborhood. I love the warming weather. I finally got up early to get a workout in.
