woohoo.jpgI am excited to announce that Workout Mommy is now featured on AllTop, which is a news aggregation site that provides “all the top” stories for forty of the most popular topics on the Web.

You can find Workout Mommy right now on the Moms section of their site, which includes excellent blogs such as Rocks in My Dryer, Amalah, and The Domestic Diva. While you are there, don’t forget to visit the Health section that features several of my favorite health and fitness sites including The Diet Blog and Web MD Health.

Alltop has not been around for very long, but it is an excellent news aggregation site that covers tons of categories. Each category lists several sites and displays the last five posts from each one. Alltop stories are refreshed approximately every ten minutes. It is like one stop shopping for all of your news feeds!

Be sure to check out Workout Mommy at AllTop when you get a chance. Thanks!

Now tell me, have you been active today?
I took the kids for a long walk this morning and plan on lifting some weights tonight after dinner.

Need an idea on what to do today? Check in with my Spring Fitness Challenge, it’s a fun workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat! No excuses gang, get moving and enjoy your energy!
