		<description>I admit i am a cardio junkie so i really am going to try to do strength training three times a week. Its werid but i need to do it in a class. I deel so awkward just doing it at home or in the gym.  Sadly, i sorta teetered off my weight training class because they arr always in the evening when i am in culinary school (not that whisking and kneading aren&#039;t workouts!). So i am really going to try to pick up those weights this spring.
