Hello there!
How long have you been sitting in that chair at your computer?
Do you want to have blogger’s butt?
Of course not!

It’s Move it Monday gang, so let’s get up right now and get moving!
(go on, I’ll wait…)

Your challenge is to do the following 8 exercises without stopping for a break:

  1. 10 squats
  2. 10 jumping jacks (either high or low impact)
  3. 10 forward lunges
  4. jog/march in place 30 seconds
  5. 10 squat kicks
  6. 10 reverse lunges
  7. run up/down the stairs 3 times
  8. jog/march in place for 30 seconds

Feels great, yes?

Good, now repeat it 3 more times!
YES you CAN, gang!

Push yourself past your comfort level on this one. If 4 times is too easy for you, make it 5 or 6. Just get out of your chair and make the time to sweat today.

Have small kids? No worries, they can either do this with you or watch you sweat alone. Why not make it a game? (How fast can mommy do it this time, etc.) Be creative and have fun with it!

Get up and enjoy your energy! Your body will thank you later, I promise!

This piece of advice can’t come at any better time. I sure do need to work out a little - have been sitting in front of the computer for ages. My arms are literally sagging.

    Thanks!

Thank you for this! I only did one set, but it was more than I would have done on a normal day. I’m adding this to my favorites!

I sit on a ball!! So, my blogger butt gets to roll around all the time. At least I get a little ab work while I sit here.
