I got a great workout last night while dancing with Jon Bon Jovi! Unfortunately I did not have him to myself, I had to share him with about 20,000 other fans at his Lost Highway Tour concert.
The concert was amazing and I was so impressed with the energy level of Jon Bon Jovi. He danced, jumped, sang, ran, and wowed the crowd for over 2.5 hours! It is no wonder that he looks so fit and wonderful! (can you tell I am a big fan?)
Dancing is a great workout and what better way to do it than with a bunch of friends on a night out? Gather up some friends and go dancing this weekend, you will have tons of fun and burn some serious calories!
Moving on to some of my favorite links over the past week:
Mrs Furious was stuck in a slump with her fitness plan but recently got back on the treadmill. Click here to find out how she got her mojo back.
Maria from Fitness Cure gives us a round up of fit and athletic celebrites from the Oscars. They are fit, healthy and gorgeous! (I absolutely love Jennifer Garner!)
Katie from Sister Skinny is training for a 10k. She blogs about training for her race and shares some pictures from her running route that make me very jealous. I think I could handle running in the cold if I had scenery like this!
That is it gang. Get your dancing shoes on, grab your mojo, and go be active! No excuses!

My mum loves Bon Jovi. I used to watch the VHS when I was kid and remember his energy levels back then. If he approaches anywhere near those levels these days then he is doing well in my eyes.
Found your site from EC and have chosen to subscribe as it is one of only a few that doesn’t focus solely on “my journey of weight loss”.
Keep up the good work.
p.s. Strictly come dancing or Dancing with the celebrities It might be called in the US, has sparked a dance revolution in the UK. Dancing is back!

I think it also helps that his wife has a black belt, she lives the healthy lifestyle and I bet they both workout together. But if not, he is welcome to work out with me anytime. I won’t mind. LOL

I love to dance, but it’s hard to find friends that want to go out so late. To go out with hubbie, it takes a special babysitter to be willing to watch the nightlife hours. We join the Dancing with the Stars and all the Dance shows to do our thing as a family in the living room! Maybe in a few more years?!
