Move it Monday: walk or run, just get it done!

It’s Monday again and I am ready to move, are you?

Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start on our week so let’s get going!

Find your shoes and take yourself for a long walk or run.

It doesn’t matter where or when, just schedule the time to get it done. Your challenge today is to extend your workout today by just 10 minutes. So if you normally exercise for 30 minutes, bump it up to 40 minutes for today. Yes, you can find an extra 10 minutes in your day just for you!

Please make sure you are working at a tough enough pace to get your heart rate up and SWEAT! This is not the day for a leisurely stroll through the park, you should be moving and grooving!

No excuses gang! This is a perfect way to get your 10k steps per day!

Thanks for the motivation…got a good run/workout planned for tonight in preparation for my first 10 on Saturday!
