		<description>I love jump roping.  I&#039;ve found that adding 10 minutes to each day has been great.  Especially if we add it right at the beginning.  It will add two full workouts to the week.  I like this idea.  I&#039;m gonna add it to my list!</description>

		<description>When I used to travel for work (I was on the road 50% of the time) I used to always pack a jump rope and jump in my room if it was big enough or in the hallways for a few minutes. Jump roping is also fun as it reminds me of childhood playgrounds ;)</description>
