It’s Monday gang, are you ready to MOVE?!

a9196i1_jumprope185.jpgMove it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start on our week so let’s JUMP!

A jump rope is not necessary for this one, although it does make it more fun! Either way, you are going to get your heart rate up and sweat, which is always a great way to start your week.

Just 3 steps gang, all combined should take you only about 10 minutes.

Do not tell me you don’t have 10 minutes to spare in your day! Make the time for yourself because you deserve it. No excuses.

Here is the plan:

  1. Jump rope (or jump in place) for 2 minutes
    March/jog for 2 minutes
    5 push ups
  2. Jump rope (or in place) for 2 minutes
    March/jog for 2 minutes
    10 push ups
  3. Jump rope (or in place) for 2 minutes
    March/jog for 1 minute
    15 push ups

That is it, you are done!

    When I used to travel for work (I was on the road 50% of the time) I used to always pack a jump rope and jump in my room if it was big enough or in the hallways for a few minutes. Jump roping is also fun as it reminds me of childhood playgrounds ;)

    I love jump roping. I’ve found that adding 10 minutes to each day has been great. Especially if we add it right at the beginning. It will add two full workouts to the week. I like this idea. I’m gonna add it to my list!
