Quick Critique!

1) I noticed you have a "related posts" section beneath each entry, but what's the point of the one-line blurb under each title? They don't tell the reader much about the post itself, and only clutter up the page. I think that titles should be self-explanatory enough for you to not need the blurbs.

2) Your ads come before your other sidebar content. People don't want to log on to your site to see ads- they want to know what your blog is about and what's happening on it. You've also got animated/flash ads, which are distracting and take away from the focus on the content of your blog. I suggest switching the positions of your ads and moving them to the bottom.

Thanks for the business! Hope this helps.

[...] Move it Monday: It is Bosu time! - Workout Mommy - Another great dieting/workout site. This particular article features a workout that is easy to do multiple times a day. I’ve bookmarked it to try it out. And no, I don’t have a Bosu but it isn’t necessary to do the routine. [...]

OMG! I was watching a bunch of Bosu videos last night. Our brains must have been in synch. I tried this once, and was all over the place. I had a hard time staying on and being in a class with all kinds of people around added to my pressure feelings. I'd like to get one of these for home so I can practice and get a better hang of it.
