Metropolitan Mama is having a fitness party!

    Holy cow, you keep killing me with these awesome workouts I find here. I know you said it will get easier, but can I ask when. I am up to 200 stationary squats, 100 kick squats, and 100 bicycle crunches per day. Along with some of your tricks, the kids love the card game. We all do that one together. The work out as you clean totally inspired me to take this getting in shape seriously. It has been about a week and I can feel the difference in my clothes. My husband also notices;) Thank you.
