Roni over at Roni’s Weight Watchen Page gives us ten unique ways to increase our activity level. I love her suggestion of doing squats and knee lifts while brushing my teeth! That is genius!
Been to the movies lately? Have you had any of the movie theater popcorn? Head over to Small Bites for a really disgusting run down of exactly what you are consuming. Do not hide from this, you need to know! No more movie popcorn for me!

Thanks for the mention. Little did I know, my kids had a great time eating edamame too. They sucked the salt off the pod and squeezed the soybeans right out, no problem.
