		<description>I also love your apple idea. I&#039;m a cookie, cake, candy bar, chocolate lover.  Mostly, I just don&#039;t keep that stuff in the house, then it&#039;s not around to tempt me.  But eating an apple when I do want a treat is a great idea.  And there are so many good apples: Braeburn, Fuji, Pink Lady, Honey Crisp, Gala... YUM!</description>

		<description>I like the manageable goals rather than the resolutions.  One year is too long to hold myself accountable.  I shooting for 5 pounds at a time.  5 pounds by my birthday, Feb. 3.</description>

		<description>I especially like #3, the one about eating an apple instead of something sweet.  My worst snacking time is in the evening, and I hate that.  I went to the grocery store this afternoon and picked up apples and bananas -- I want to be your partner on this one!  Hopefully it works!  :)</description>

1) I am gonna have to lose 10-15lbs to get into marathon shape
2) One green veggie a day
3) Eat just a little bit less
4) One, and only one soda a day
5) Bust a**, and try to qualify for Boston (I just don&#039;t know if I can do it)</description>
