It’s Monday gang, which means it is time to start moving! Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start to our week so let’s get started!

It is your last chance in 2007 to move, so you better get moving!

Here is my plan for today:

  • 4 mile run (hopefully outside)
  • 30 push ups
  • 15 minutes of ab/core work
  • 15 minutes of stretching

What is your plan gang?
Do not let me hear you say “I’ll start my fitness plan tomorrow”
Why wait? Get fit and healthy today! You will be happier, I promise!

Now log off and go move your body!

    Thanks, Lisa. I ran 3 miles today out in the neighborhood. It was great. By the end of the run, I was dragging my dog! I wore her out?! It was a great way to end the year. Happy New Years Day!
