Another great week of posts from my friends out in the blogosphere! Here are a few of my favorites:

One Big Health Nut has a listing of the best and worst holiday food choices. You might be surprised to find out the numbers in what you are eating!

Dietriffic has an excellent post about things we can do to manage stress during the holiday season. Honestly, I think this is a great list to have around all year long!

Stopping by Starbucks to give you a jolt during your last minute holiday shopping? Trying Fitness lets us know how much fat, calories, and sugar is in our favorite drinks. I think I will skip the hot chocolate this year! (40 grams of sugar? YUCK!)

Fitness Cure always has great motivational posts but this one really helped me out on a day when the last thing I wanted to do was workout. After reading it, I went and worked out and felt fantastic! Thanks, Fitness Cure!

Now don’t you feel motivated to go and be active too?
YES!! No excuses gang, get moving and enjoy your energy!

    About Me

In my life before kids, I was a personal fitness trainer and self proclaimed fitness junkie. I loved the 5am workouts and evening strength training sessions. Now that I'm a mom, my life is filled with 5am feedings and piles of laundry. I've let my fitness slip and this blog will hopefully provide motivation to help myself (and YOU!) get back in shape. I want to be fit, be healthy, and be happy! No more excuses....it's time to workout mommy!

    Be nice!
