Yes, I ate too much too. I didn’t resist as well as I thought I would, so I’m wiping the slate clean and starting over today.
It’s Monday gang, which means it is time to start moving! Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start to our week so let’s get started!
Our challenge for the day is the following:
- 30 minutes (minimum!) of solid cardio. Your choice here, but make it count!
- 30 walking lunges
- 30 squats
- 30 push ups
- low planks–3 of them for 30 seconds each. Review your form here.
No excuses, get moving and enjoy your energy!
