		<description>I seriously need to log off and be active starting tomorrow. It&#039;s hard to be energetic when you feel as if you are going to be sick. My throat has been hurting me all day. I think I&#039;ll go to be early tonight so I can at least make it to church in the AM.</description>

		<description>Hi Lisa, thanks for mentioning my post about my sugar addiction! On one hand I&#039;m glad to hear that you can relate, and on the other hand I wouldn&#039;t wish this on anyone, so I&#039;m not saying I&#039;m &lt;em&gt;happy&lt;/em&gt; that you can relate, know what I mean? 

I&#039;ve been completely sugar-free (my sweets were fruits low in natural sugar) and I know how freeing it is, as well as the peace of mind it brings. The trick is not giving in to the thought that &quot;a little is OK&quot;, because in my experience, it&#039;s never enough and leads to more and more! Once you&#039;re off of refined sugar, it&#039;s best to just stay off of it. ;)</description>
