It’s Monday gang, which means it is time to start moving!
Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start to our week so let’s get started!

Today’s challenge is to run, walk, bike, swim, or even crawl a mile. Surely you can find time in your day to do one mile, right? YES!!!

Not all miles are created equal though. It is harder to run a mile than to walk. It is harder to swim a mile than bike.
And I have to imagine it’s extremely difficult to crawl a mile!
But we’re not going to let anything stand in our way today and we are going to get that one mile done!

I was going to choose to run, but my calves are still too sore from my workout on Saturday so instead I will bike (at least)a mile.

How about you? What are you going to do?

    Well, I’d crawl a mile if there were half a dozen cupcakes at the end of it, but I suppose that would be counter-productive. Darn.

    Maybe I’ll skip the crawling then.

    Great idea, though–get out and move, no matter how you do it or how far you go.

    Gonna run, then take babies to the park. I do lunges, squats and push-ups while babies play in the sandbox.
