		<description>If I did this with weighted squats or DLs instead, I&#039;d be in trouble.  A heavy set of those always sets me yawning in the gym from oxygen deprivation!  It&#039;d be a horrible, never-ending cycle!

Dang would I be buff.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a tough challenge! I&#039;d rather change the squat to 5 push up ;) or add few more distances to my walking session. I don&#039;t know why I can&#039;t do as much squat jump as I did when I was younger.</description>

		<description>Hi, I found you through the NaBloPoMo Randomizer.  I&#039;ve challenged myself to visit as many blogs as possible during the month.

I remember doing sit-ups with my daughter on my chest when she was in the crawling stage.  Babies love working mom out. =)  Now I&#039;m a grandma with health problems.  I want to work out, to get stronger, but it is very difficult to get the required exercise when you barely have enough energy to get out of bed.  I think it&#039;s a vicious circle - the lack of exercise adds to the health problems, and the health problems make it nearly impossible to exercise.  Any solutions?</description>
