Trying Fitness has a great post about the benefits of meditation. Again, something I really need to start doing daily.

Chubby Mommy convinced me I need to get a juicer and is sharing some of her favorite recipes. Please share your own recipes if you have them!

    I think stress is the biggest hidden health problem we have, especially because it secretly contributes to the ones everyone knows about, like weight gain and cardiovascular disease.

      In my life before kids, I was a personal fitness trainer and self proclaimed fitness junkie. I loved the 5am workouts and evening strength training sessions. Now that I'm a mom, my life is filled with 5am feedings and piles of laundry. I've let my fitness slip and this blog will hopefully provide motivation to help myself (and YOU!) get back in shape.
