My son came home with a pumpkin full of sugar, calories, and fat that will not help my quest to stay healthy and in shape. My plan is to package it up and give it away to friends, family, and basically anyone who will take it away!
I cannot have it in my house because it is just too tempting to me!
How about you?
What are you doing with your Halloween candy? (and the answer should not be “eating it”!)

Okay well you know how Dr. Oz says one day won’t hurt your diet? I just made sure we all ate most of the Halloween Candy right away so it didn’t linger.
Probably not the best advice. I also didn’t eat the candy that wasn’t my absolute favorite. Like before I would seriously eat candy I didn’t really like because it was there. WHY? Stupid calorie tax right there.

I am lucky this year….Kiddos are still to young to do the candy thing. We only went to a couple houses to visit, Mom and Dad were given wine…No candy. There is none in our house, yeah!
