Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start on our week, so let’s get started!
Today’s activity is ‘grab a friend and go’!
Pick an activity, like walking or biking, that you can do with another person. Now call up a friend up and go! Not only will you both benefit from the exercise but you will also get a chance to catch up with a friend.
Make the workout count by getting your heart rate elevated and breaking a sweat. Be a good fitness buddy and encourage your friend to push themselves a little further than they usually do.
Fitness if FUN and even more so with friends.
So what are you waiting for? Get up and get moving!
