		<description>OK, I did it in 5:41. I agree with Jeff, you shouldn&#039;t rush these exercises. I used good form until I hit the v crunches...those were hard. I have to work on them.</description>

Up until the v crunches I used good form.  Those, however, were lax, at best.  I don&#039;t think those are an exercise you can really rush.

This was definitely tough.  I might stick to it and see if I can better my speed.</description>
