It’s that time again and your body is ready to move!!
Today’s challenge is a quick one, so there are definitely no excuses.

Do these back-to-back without a break in between, three times each.

  • 10 squats
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 forward lunges
  • 10 push-ups

This will get your heart pumping, build some strength, and get you ready to face your Monday to-do list!
Please don’t sacrifice form for speed though.

  • Remember that your knees should NOT go past your toes in your squat or lunge.
  • Remember to breathe with each exercise. Get in the habit of saying this (or anything!) out loud. This will ensure that you are breathing throughout the exercise.
  • Lunges are tricky if you are a beginner. Drop that back knee down as far as you can, without any pain. The more you do them, the easier they will get.
  • Push-ups can be done on your knees. Always remember to pull in your abs, while still breathing.
