Here is a round up of articles I enjoyed this week. The focus this week is on food, since Halloween is coming up and I’m having issues with mindless eating.

Go workout mom has a great list of ways to stop impulse eating. I need to print this out and carry it with me!

Figure Friendly Club has a very good read about foods that are good for you but how they really aren’t.

Petroville has a great challenge going on….just say no to Halloween candy this year. Make the pledge with me!

Fitness Tips for Life also has a great entry about Halloween candy and really breaks down why you should avoid it. After reading this, you should have no problem avoiding Halloween candy!

After you check these out, turn off your computer and go be active!
