It’s Monday and instead of dragging ourselves around, we are going to get up and get moving!
My plan for the day is:
30 minutes of cardio–probably on the treadmill or spin bike
15 minutes of ab/stretch
I certainly can carve out an hour of my day just for me, right?!
YES!
So that is my plan gang, how about you?

I need to kick start my day every day. Right now I’m down to only working out about three times a week and I really need to change that to every day and then every other day with weights. Sunday my rest day.
